I bought almost 25 bottles today -_- I hope Anet refund the money… They refunded karma and other things in the past so why not now?

Yeah, there were refounds for karma, even though there was short notice on it. On this there was not… I bet lots of people don’t even read the forums and didn’t know this price is a bug, so they just cursed the devs and paid higher price.

So the Update seems to be overshot by a tiny bit.
IIRC the cost for the Elonian Wine pre the Doublecost-Bug was 25s60c.
BUUUT now its price is 25s04c !

So right now, I’m so darn anxious about buying the Wines because I fear my acc being banned

Can any Dev (possibly Gaile Gray?) confirm whether 25s04c is now the official new cost or not??

I’m really scared to do the wrong thing right now. O.O

Revenge – im not dev, but i doubt you would be banned for it. I, for example, didnt know that it costed 25.60, when i was counting mats for my sword I counted it as 26s. Its only 56c per wine, nothing to make an impact..

I know that it’s a small amount (need 94 Wines == 52s64c “savings”), and I guess I will buy them today.

But I want to point out, that I posted here and if that is considered an exploit, then Anet themselves might consider to clarify the price changing in the patch notes, e.g. “We changed the cost for Elonian Wine to 25s04c” so that everyone knows what the real price should be!

Just think of it as you are buying wine from the 2 vintners around Queensdale (despite the name being Elonian Wine). Grown and produced at Eldvin Monastery, and Victoria’s Vineyard.

One is better quality, so you drink it first. The other is pretty nasty tasting, but cheaper, so you drink this once you’re hammered!

So currently the nasty stuff is back in Miyani’s wares.
