I believe I had the Trick or Treat bags completed before it was increased and its the only one I recall not updating it, but tbh I only noticed the error after doing all the mad kings world achievement.

Same thing happened to me. Every single thing is done, including ‘attend the party,’ and I’m still at 4/5 tics. I feel like since I’ve done the work, I deserve to not lose out because of a glitch.

I didnt even know there was a tier update.

I think master carver was the first achievement i got. The rest with the exception of ‘attend the party’ i pretty much got all at the same time around 4 days ago.

In my case, i had it like this:
Act 1: Trick or Treat bags – Complete.
Act 2: Halloween Events – Complete. Halloween hunting – Complete.
Act 3: Mad kings world – Complete.
Emissary 3/5 (this is when i noticed my counter was not correct)
Act 4: Attend the party -Complete.
Emissary 4/5.

I’m pretty sure I got the Halloween Huntin’ achievement before any extra tiers. All the other ones I completed over the last few days. Maybe the bags too but I’m not sure.

I may have completed the achievements before the extra tiers were added… could that be the reason I’m not getting the achievement?

- Emissary of the Mad King – Halloween Achievements: 4 (not completed)
- Halloween Huntin’ (6 of 6 Tiers completed)
- Halloween Events Completed (5 of 5 Tiers completed)
- It’s a Mad King’s World (Tier 1 of 1 completed)
- Attend the Party (Tier 1 of 1 completed)
- Trick or Treat bags opened (Tier 5 of 5 completed)
- Pumpkin Carving (Tier 4 of 4 completed)
- Mad King’s Clock Tower (Tier 1 of 1 completed)

Here’s how/when I completed them…
Act 1 – began carving, hunting, and ToT bags (didn’t complete anything)
Act 2 – Finished carving, hunting, ToT bags, Clock Tower, and Halloween Events (basically completed everything I could up to this point)
Act 3 – Finished “It’s a Mad King’s World” after doing Mad King Dungeon
Act 4 – Finished “Attend the Party”

I’m suffering from the same problem. I’m at 4/5 with every achievement completed.
As to what i did when:
Act 1 – ToT Bags
Act 2 – Finished hunts, carving, Halloween Events, Jumping Puzzle,
Act 3 – Mad Kings World
Act 4 – Attend a Party

= 4/5 and no title!

Yep i have the problem as well, 4 out of 5 despite having done all the achievements before act IV.

Update: needed Event achievement, made them in the labyrinth in an hour. Just get in a portal and go straigth to the teleporting platform. Just hang around a group until events triggers.
I m now a proud owner of the Mad King Emissary title.

I only started doing these events after act 2 started so I don’t think I was even here for any extra tiers.
The order I finished them:
1. Halloween Huntin’
2. Halloween Events Completed
3. It’s a Mad King’s World
4. Trick or Treat Bags
5. The Clocktower
6. Attend the Party
7. Pumpkin Carving

Stuck at 4/5.

Yes I did the daily achievement just before going to Lions Arch for the “Attend the party”

Same here, stuck at 4/5 despite having completed every single halloween achievement. Completed them basically as soon as they were available, except for pumpkin carving and eating candy, which I completed in Act 2.
Edit: I always do daily achievements. I may have gotten other achievements (not halloween related) in between.

Same issue

Did most of my book completion and event completion in the during first two acts.
ToT bags were during act 3
Carving was act 4

Yes, I had completed the Trick or Treat bags before the extra tiers were added to it.

I basically completed everything last night (10/30)

ToT bags, kills, and Events I did from within the labyrinth

Pumpkins I did by running 3 of my characters around LA over and over.

Exploration went to each area and I did the dungeon twice the day it opened.

When I was done last night I was 3/5 instead of 4/5.

I logged in today to get the “Attend the Party” and I got moved to 4/5. I have logged in and out and restarted the client multiple times, I’ve done the Mad King Says event and got my hat, I got the second book today, and I completed the jump puzzle on all 4 of my characters, plus I went to each area still accessible.

I read a post somewhere that some of the achievements were taking a while to show up, sometime not until the daily reset for achievements.

So what I wonder is, how many of us completed like the Kill or ToT achievements within what is basically still the same day?

I’m also a victim of this bug. I’ve completed everything, but the counter is stuck at 4/5.

Logged on today I’m now at 4/5 but looking at the list EVERYTHING reads complete. Except for Emissary Of The Mad King. I really hope this gets fixed its messing up an other wise great event for me.
Again everything reads complete next to it however it still only registers 4 things complete and I do not have the emissary title.

I am almost positive this is the same for me. As my post said I did ToT bags last night During Act 3 with bags I was getting inside the Labirynth

I too have the same problem, i do not know when i completed the events compared to updates (i didn’t know the achievements were updated). At least the events were fun.

+1 for this. I am also having this problem – everything on that tab is full except for Emissary of the Mad King. I’ve changed characters, changed zones, closed the game completely… no luck.

i have done all the events, all the achievs too, and im 4/5 too, relogged many times, zoned many times, logged to other char, nothing happened

same issue. tried everything, 7/8 achievements (the 8th being the emissary of the mad king)

I am having the same issue, I have every achievement done except the Emissary of the Mad King. Don’t know what is wrong, I finished pumpkin carver last.

I have the same bug, I finished each of the achievements as they were sent out. I have them all completed but my “Emissary of the Mad King” achievement is still stuck at 4/5.

Would love to know how to fix this considering I have done everything.

Did everything until last night (did everything on the launch day, but the pump carving only last night with 3 characters) it was 4/5 , today i did the mad king says game and still 4/5.

Same issue 4/5. Only jumping puzzle missing.

Same issue – 4/5 Emissary of the Mad King. Adding my hat into the fray here:

Part 1 of the event: 100 Trick or Treat bags opened.
Part 2 of the event: 150 Halloween-themed enemies killed, 10/10 Halloween events completed, 4/4 areas of the Mad King’s realm explored.
Part 3 of the event: 150 Pumpkins Carved.
Part 4 of the event: 1/1 Attended the party.

I’m having this problem as well. Stuck on 4/5 achievements for Emissary even though I have every other halloween achievement. I had them all finished by the 29th of october.

I got this problem too, have everything completed but no dice…
I made just a lot of pics to prove i actually got all the achievements.

I can only hope this will be fixed and i’ll still get my title or else a lot of work has gone to waste…

Keeping an eye on this thread. I’m having the same issue as everyone else. Only my pumpkin carving and brawl master (under social) are unfinished, yet I still havent become an emissary Should I be submitting a bug ticket, or just watch here?

Ach – Completion Date
Halloween Hunting – 29/10
Halloween Events – 29/10/
Mad Kings World – 27-28/10
Attend The Party – 31/10
Trick or Treat bags – 28/10 (before return of the mad king) but I was always working towards 100 bags as my maximum, never aimed for 40.
Pumpkin Carving – 30/10
Clock Tower – 24/10

I have everything finished, but I still don’t have the Emissary achievement completed, it’s stuck at 4/5. Please fix it, I’ve done the work so would like the achievement and title!

Same issue. i did all special events and got all achievements but 4/5 on Emissary of the Mad King

Ditto. Stuck at 4/5. I’ve done everything except for completing the Tower.

Same problem, Everything complete except the tower. I completed Halloween Huntin, Halloween events completed and Trick or Treat bags opened all during ACT 2, and followed the ACTs from there.

Just want to chime in and say I’m also in the same situation. 4/5 with all achievements completed

Same here, if you look at the screenshot you can see everything is finished even the party but it only says 4 achievements finished so i cannot get the Emissary of the Mad King title.

I have the same issue with the Emissary of the Mad King title achievement not being awarded after completion of all requirements. I do not recall completing any of the achievements before act 2, but it could have happened. I have logged out of the game completely multiple times and left Lion’s Arch to see if it would update.

yep same problem, i had everything yesterday except pumpkin carving, attend the party and clock tower. Now i have them all and still on 4/5 emissary

I have this problem as well. I have completed all the achievements, but the Emissionary and it is stuck at 4/5.

I first noticed this on Oct 27. I believe I completed most of the items on the 27th, but some of them may have been earlier.

I have the same problem, i had complete all the achievements but i didn’t get the title, and i really want it as much of the players here.

I got the ToT bag achievement completed before they added extra tiers. What now? Still no achievement

I have completed all 5/5 things required. However it shows I have 4/5… And to answer the previous question I had one completed prior to the expanding of the maxed title but then maxed it again after it was changed… So the problem could be there.
