Guild Wars 2

I purchases the Digital Deluxe edition of GW2 yesterday and it finished downloading early this morning. When I come to log in to the game it prompts me with a Log in error(Code:42). I have tried many ways to try fix this with no success, can anyone help me resolve this error?

Your screenshot is too small to read, but make sure you are using the email address associated with your Game Account and password to log-in.
