I keep getting this error 5-30 minutes after entering the game, this error has been happening since august 25th when the head-starter went live.

Things i have tried so far (as recommended by your support web page)
– Disabled all antivirus software
– Turned of the Firewall
– Port forwarded the 4 relevant ports
– Made sure the LAN was properly configured

My flatmate who played in a few beta weekends without getting this error is also getting this error and nothing has changed with our LAN.

Just for relivance sake my flatmate and i are also getting Error 7:1000:7006:771 while trying to log in, it takes multiple log in attempts to get past this error.

Yeah. What gives? I had this problem yesterday and reloaded the game and it worked. It has worked twice since, but since then it has failed and I cannot fix it. It is a lovely game and all, but frustrating when so many errors occur.

I have had this same issue since early beta test. Sad to say that my solution will probably not be the best for everyone but here goes. Since I have a lot of extra hard drive space over the 4 hard drives in my computer I went with a radical solution. I installed a clean install of Windows 7 on a separate hard disk. I only installed the microsoft updates for Win7 and updated my Nvidia drivers. There is literally nothing installed on that windows except GW2. It runs perfectly and I can stay connected for hours on end. So I dual boot at start up with my old 2+ year old windows 7 install and if playing GW2 I boot to my GW2 window 7 install. Like I said its pretty radical but I would say that this proves that something on my other install is causing connection issues.
