Guild Wars 2

Well, I’ve just recently bought guild wars 2 so I’m fairly new to the game but I keep getting this weird grey arrow right above my healing sigil whenever my health gets low. After it appears it won’t go away unless I fast travel and go through a tiny loading screen. The main problem being my esc key won’t work for anything after the arrows shows up and when it’s pressed the arrows flies up the screen then sits back down above the healing sigil. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you very much in advance.

I have the same issue for some reason I have no idea why this shows up above your 6.
