The virtue of justice grandmaster trait does not work when you are a Firebrand. here’s a video.

Also, the tooltip for it is bugged, because for some reason you reduced the duration of the justice passive on Firebrand to 1s base instead of 2s base (or 4s in PvP), and Permeating wrath is still showing 2s and 4s.

From the looks of it Indomitable Courage doesn’t work either while you are a Firebrand.

Permeating wrath seems to be working just fine for me. I pulled out a scepter and auto-attacked a single golem from range. After a few hits the burns started stacking on the surrounding golems.
