This happened to me and my group the other night. Certain harpies remained completely invulnerable, no matter from what platform you tried to fight them. You could be standing right next to them, and they still remained invulnerable. Of course, this didn’t stop the harpies from still hitting us, and pelting us with their annoying knockdown attacks.
I think I’m probably not making an overly generic statement, when I say that everyone HATES the invulnerable mechanic, especially because it bugs so often. So allow me to get this off my chest:
“If an enemy can hit you, you should be able to hit that enemy!”
“If an enemy has turned invulnerable due to this specific line of code, then you should be invulnerable to that enemy as well. Otherwise it just doesn’t make any sense, and lays down an unfair set of rules.”
I agree with every word of that. Really annoying. Harpies go invulnerable very often if I start shooting them from max range before someone gets in melee range. I’m a ranger with traited longbow range.
