Guild Wars 2

My friend who just started playing Guild Wars 2 like two days ago entered a door in Kessex Hills and is now stuck in the Mad King’s Labyrinth because he is not the appropriate level (35) to leave to Lion’s Arch… is there any thing that can be done to help him?

Force him to farm you ToT bags till he reaches level 35 or tell him to send a ticket
