Guild Wars 2

When I try to log onto my alt account it says my access key code is disabled, i don;t have one, its been 48 hrs and I made a bug ticket and contacted anet and no help, just super vague non helpful emails from them without real advice on how to fix it. ALso my expansion I bought Disappeared after the last patch and I can’t do my beta stuff, I tried to reenter my serial number from when I bought it in July and that wont work. There was other bugs but closing and reopening the client and some other stuff fixed that, BUT i’m still locked out of one of my accounts and the other my heart of thorns I bought for 100 bucks wont let me on it. This is crap, I made support tickets and haven’t gotten any relay help or answers. In over 2 yrs I’ve been on gw2 the last 2 days have been heck with gw2 bugs. I can’t get on 1 acct and the other my heart of thorns disappeared. WHat the heck is going on????
