Guild Wars 2

Whenever any character tries waypointing into Auric Basin my game crashes and I cannot load into that character anymore. Going into Auric Basin from Verdant Brink will crash the game in about 1 minute. I tried repairing the game, but that didn’t work.
I have 3 characters that I can’t load and I can’t do HoT or LWS3 on any characters out of fear that I will lose more.
