Guild Wars 2

Yesterday one of friend send gold to me from mail, I had seen it on the mail, but didn’t take it immediately, after I change the character, I found that I can not find that mail anymore, and also the gold is missing. I had checked all of my characters, and also my wallet, can’t find the gold anyway.
Sames like the system ate my money, and I had report this problem on the game, and didn’t get any reply.
I want to know what I can do to get back my gold.
