Guild Wars 2

So I did the instance where you meet Bloody Prince together with my friend and disconnected just before the end. I got the finishers in the mail but the Golem isnt in my inventory. The NPC won’t let me back in either. How do I get one and how will this affect my progress?

Solved the problem: I joined someone who had not yet completed the instance and got a golem.
