On “RUINS OF SURMIA” the Pre-Event escort quest along the far west beach section is bugged again at the shipwrecked pirate. This time the pirate is there but the vigil npc will not interact with him and just stands there. Unlike last time we cant kill the npc to reset him as he is leashed to spot on the beach were the pirate is. Also mobs de-spawn back to there start points in the water instead of walking back so we cant even pull them to him ether.
Plz fix this.
