This skill does not work in pve, using it provides no boost to signets other than changing bane signet’s tooltip from power to how much damage it does.
It works in spvp, the 20% increase is given to all signets. How long must we wait for this skill to be fixed? Its been broken since launch. That’s quite a long time.
