Guild Wars 2

I’ve done a few tests, with and without the trait being active, and I’ve come to the conclusion this trait isn’t working at all. It makes the “passive” line on the signets’ descriptions to disappear, and it doesn’t add any bonuses.

Dunno if this was mentioned before, didn’t find it on search anyway. If it was, sorry for repeating the problem. :P

I noticed this as well. On the wiki discussion it notes that it raises stats/effects by 20% back before the launch but it doesn’t seem to be working right now.
