My guild bank shows all the items greyed out,with a warning ! in red,preventing me form gaining access, even though I have full permissions.

Got the same problem, started after patch

In my main guild I can access the bank and in my other guild I can’t access the bank ….

Yep, same here. One guild is fine, but another bugged, red marks and items greyed out.

Same issue for me for [Gwen]. I am the guild leader. My fellow guild leader has the same problem. I can access the guild bank of my own personal guild. A difference is that my own guild has 1 member (me) and Gwen a lot more from different home worlds.

I am also experiencing this, myself and the other guild leaders cannot access the bank at all, just that warning.

I tried making a new rank with the same permissions. Sadly, that doesn’t work either and now I can’t edit ranks anymore

Exact same issue, can’t withdraw or deposit to my Guild’s bank on any of my characters in multiple locations, I am also the guild leader.

Also have the guild bank bug.

I am the guild leader of [RAWR] on Tarnished Coast and I cannot access our guild bank. I also cannot access my personal bank.

All items are greyed out with the red ! as others reported.

I have the same problem with my guildbank.

I put all my gold in my personal guild bank, (leader and only member) and now I’m locked out.

I am having the same issue, my first guild Draconic Order [DRGN] suffers this problem for both me and my co-leader. Other members of my guild can access it fine.

My other guilds (even the ones created by me) do not suffer from this.

Our guild has the same problem.

Same issue. Personal guild bank locked. Just as a caveat I would add my main guild’s bank (where I am not a leader or officer) work’s fine.

add me to the list. Cant access just the guild stash of the guild of which I am a leader. Other guild´s stashes are accessible for me.
But it is a good thing that the issue seems widespread, which usually means it will get fixed soon.

Yep exactly the same here. First guild bank i share with my husband bugged (hes leader and im officer) but all 3 other banks where im not an officer are fully accessible.

Getting the same here. Everything in Guild Bank is greyed out and there’s a red exclamation mark at the top. This is across all Guild Banks, including my own Guild where I have full permissions.

Can add me to this list as well. Switched back and forth between guilds in an attempt to possibly reset the UI to no avail. Same conditions: grayed out with a red ‘!’ at each tab.

exact same problem on SFR, can access 2 guild banks, can’t acces one guild bank, all greyed out, red mark “!” above, can’t put anything in or take out

I have the same issue as does another member of the guild. Oddly one of our members is fine.

I’m in 4 guilds, in the 2 where I have full permissions I can’t access the guild bank, in the 2 where I have limited permissions I can.

I’m not sure what’s causing it but I’m fairly certain (based on my 4 guilds, details below) that it’s not to do with how many members the guild has or what server/s they’re on.

Here’s my situation in more detail, in case some of it is relevant to finding and fixing the bug:

Guild 1
I created the guild and I’m currently the leader, using the default rank which gives full permissions. I cannot access the guild bank. All sections are greyed out and show a red exclamation mark symbol at the top.

The guild has 1 other member, who is on my server and who is using the default officer rank upgraded to have full permissions. (My husband, who I added in case I accidentally leave the guild.)

Guild 2
I didn’t create the guild and I’m not the leader. But several months after joining I was promoted to a custom officer rank with full permissions. The guild has 74 members from multiple different servers.

As above I cannot access any section of the guild bank, they’re all greyed out.

Guild 3
I didn’t create it and I’m currently what I think is the default Member rank with permissions to claim/unclaim Forts, display the guild emblem, deposit to both guild stash and treasure trove and withdraw from treasure trove. The guild has 205 members from multiple different servers.

I can access the guild bank. None of the sections are greyed out, only the Withdraw button on the guild stash. I can deposit and withdraw items and gold.

Guild 4
I didn’t create it and I’m a custom rank created from scratch (not modifying/renaming an existing one) but with the same permissions as above. The guild has 135 members from different servers.

As with guild 3 I can access the guild bank. None of the sections are greyed out and I can do all the things my permissions should allow.

Ok this is odd. My husband (as mentioned above) is an officer in my bank guild with full permissions can access the guild bank.

This is the same guild, we’re both on the same server and both have exactly the same permissions (but on different ranks).

Second question How in hell are they supposed to know that mate stuff happens when you add code.

Yes, the golem banker fix only took two weeks.

Same here…Guild Bank issues. I can access every else’s Guild Banks except my personal Guilds Bank.

My data is that I can access the bank in my own guild which I created and am the default Leader rank. I cannot access my other guild’s bank, which is the first one on my list and the first one I became a member of, and normally am representing including when I logged in. This guild does have custom ranks- mine has access to Activate Built Upgrades, Admin Lower Ranks, Display Emblem, Guild Stash Deposit, Guild Stash Withdraw, Treasure Trove Deposit, Treasure Trove Withdraw.

Oddly enough, my guild banker works flawlessly.

And I made a career out of copy/paste.

So basicaly the answer is, screw you guys it night we going home!

Wonder if it has to do with people who have multiple guilds.

Personal guild, only member, leader, full permissions. Can’t access
2 Multi member guilds. One I’m leader and one I’m member, can access.

Same problem as most everybody above. Belong to 3 guilds, 2 with guild banks. 1 I created and am leader and the other I am just an average member. Can access the one that I am the average member of but not the one I created and am guild leader of.
