Hello there!
It’s almost a year ago I start noticing, first I thought it was only me, who had the problem. But I noticed that Leaders and Officers who viewed the History of the Guild can’t whisper anymore. Only after a while when the History is fully updated (so no ’ … ’ in the history list anymore)
Is this problem already known by ArenaNet? The only thing what works now, is restarting your game. (If you are in a World Event it’s hard to log off and on again). This also affects while sending mails to people. How is it possible that it affects your whisper / mail?
I hope someone has a solution for this
