Dear Devs,

Currently as soon as a guild starts an guild mission (like the Hard (10 min, time limit) race) the timer already starts running for that guild in the background. What happens if that guild then activates the mission at the guild activation pad, that time gets copied to the actual race event that is shared by everyone in the map. For races with a high time limit this is no big deal since there is time enough to complete them, however with the hard race which has only a 10 min time limit this is often an frustration since its not uncommon to miss about 1/3 or even more of the time (so you are left with 6-7 min once the event ‘starts’ ).

I always make sure to start the mission in the guild just before we interact with the panel in the map, so we get the full 10 min on the event. However if there are other guilds waiting, and they do not realise this they often beat me to it and start the event with a 5-7 min timer remaining. This results that members who are not yet familiar with the missions are unable to complete them in time or in a worst case senario with a long rush combined with a low time, no one can make it in time. (we have had the bears one once with a guild starting it with 4 min left… )

Could it please be made that any guild who starts a race event always gets the full event time matching the mission? (so 10 min for hard, 20 min. for medium and 30 min. for easy)

I realize that due to multiple instances of the maps and all it can be really hard to also sync it to the internal guild timers as well. It would be good that if a guild member with the correct permissions activates the mission on the map (aka starts the event) that the internal guild timer would also be reset at 10 min. but only once since the event was started in the guild mission window (to prevent members activating it on multiple map instances to ‘reset’ the timer)

I can understand why you copy the time remaining for that event in the guild to the event (so those members will know for sure when their guild event is still active) but many guilds don’t realize this and its rather annoying to have the already short 10 min. timer being cut even shorter for other guilds who also like to run the event. (last night we were with at least 4 guilds at the hard race and had this problem as well desipite me calling in say and map to let me start it for the full time on the event….) If we have a really bad day… this can even happen twice in a row.

It would help to get rid of a lot of frustration during guild missions specially for those who are newer into races and need that extra time to complete it/ give other members time to aid the newer members after they completed their own run.

I’m not sure if it is a true bug or working as intended, but this is something which can be rather annoying, to the point that i rather not see any other guild near an activator when we want to start a race… which contradicts to how most of the game feels, where you either don’t mind if others are arround or even happy so you can help each others out.

I guess it is technically a bug but it was probably never intended to have it started in multiple instances.
