I’ve been wondering about that for a long time, and as I can’t believe it’s done on purpose so I post it there.

I’m level 4X and I’ve seen a lot of Heart vendors until now.

Around level 20, we began to see vendors with armor. Light armor had the new necro like skin, heavy armor had the new gladiator like skin … and medium armor had this old skin we earned for the first part of personal story (pants + leather corset and shirt). I was frustrated : no new skin for me ? Well, I chose to wait.

Around level 40, I now began to meet vendors with armor too. Light armor have a new skin, heavy armor too … and medium armor have again the same skin. Again. Now I’m really frustrated.

I can’t believe it was made on purpose to annoy medium armor characters. Please, can anyone confirm it’s a bug and those vendors should have medium armors with a different skin ?
