Guild Wars 2

Hi, the misty effect that howler gives is not appearing sometimes on my character at all, only giving the small footprints like it isn’t being wielded.
To fix that normally I have to swap weapons and in a few cases more than one time. From what I saw that has something with getting some boons or taking damage, as that problem doesn’t happen when I’m out of combat and unbuffed.

Attached a picture with my character wielding howler but without the effect at all. Can try to capture a video if necessary!
