I’ve been working on my Huntsman crafting skill and I’ve noticed that whenever I make something with a “Hunter’s” inscription, it still produces a “Pillaging” weapon. All other weapons are tradable and usable by other characters, but Pillaging weapons are account bound, and soulbound once you set there stats (you get to select their stats with a menu that includes all possibilities for that level of weapon). So you can still make a weapon with the “Hunter’s” attributes, but it’s still going to be called a “Pillaging” weapon, and you can’t sell it in the BLT.
As I understood it, the attribute selection feature was intended as a fix for already existing equipment with the “magic find” attribute after the change to magic find. I did not get the impression that new items made with the new inscriptions would be unsellable/untradable. I don’t think that was the intention.
(Sorry if someone else already caught this, but when I searched for pillaging or hunter’s inscriptions, nothing came up.)

Here’s a picture of the recipe screen. The “Pillaging Longbow” requires a “Hunter’s Softwood Inscription.” Hovering over the weapon will reveal that it does not have set stats and is account bound.
There a similar issue with Tailoring and Hunter’s/Pillaging insignias.
