Hi, I bought Storage Expansion and got nothing in return. I had only 1 Storage Expansion purchase up till now. So I should be allowed to still buy 4 more as the Gem Store stated. But got nothing.

You didn’t get anything via in-game email? Create a support ticket and work with Customer Service; they’ll be able to help.

Make sure to try emptying your mail, as well as picking up any Gold/items from the TP, as well.
