If anyone tries to go to the Idea Incubation Lab in Rata Sum (Including Asura) they get put in Jail. This is a HUGE problem if you want to do Guild Treks, since this is a trek location.

This is a bug. Arena.net fix it !

Is there an ETA on this fix Jeffrey?

Linking to the other thread is nice, however, the only ANet post appears to be a single post by you which gives no indication when this issue may be resolved.

While I am not that close to world completion yet (1 PvE zone, all of WvW left) I am one of many who are unable to complete Rata Sum… or do Guild Treks… or get Dive Master.

Please, can you let us know when to expect this issue to be resolved?
