Greetings.

I’m wondering if the Incendiary Powder is bugged, or if they just forgot to add a “xx% on crit” in its description. As of now it say “Critical hits inflict burning”. But it doesn’t apply burning on all crits. In fact, I have killed plenty without a burning being applied once and I have 48% crit chance. So I do crit now and then. -hehe-

It has a 10 second internal cooldown
