In Gendarran Fields, when you complete a task and talk to a vendor ‘Battle Pit Caretaker Johan’, there’s an item named Johan’s Heavy Shoulderpads. It’s called “Heavy”, but it’s of medium type. And there’s Johan’s Leather Shoulderguard, which is of heavy type. So I think we have a item naming issue here. The names should be changed.

You are right, they are mixed up. That is for the masterwork versions of the equipment but the fine versions are named properly.

Just wanted to confirm this one also. The blue rarity shoulders are named correctly, but the green rarity shoulders have the names crossed between medium and heavy.
