In Sparkfly Fen, Ixanna, the NPC that sells one of the items for the Brewmaster collection appears to be locked in place in Diresight Caverns even though the event to free her has been completed. There are 2 other NPC’s with her, Emrys and Pipyrna. There is a ‘Talk’ prompt but it does not activate any dialog.
