Guild Wars 2

I was fighting the ancient karka, hit Judge’s intervention, and ended up embedded in one of the explosive gas things. I couldn’t move, so i ported back to captain’s retreat (happened also at the tree, and I should have pulled it off my bar then). the game wouldn’t load, so then I had to log out, and ended up in a different server that had completed the event. So two pretty boring hours of my life are now gone (endless waves of “reinforcements”…ugh)…and since i’m not 80, i can’t go back in to do it for another 20 levels.

I too was cheated out of the end chest by this bug. After attacking the explosive gas thingy, don’t know what it’s called exactly, it exploded and I ended up embeded in it. Some sort of clipping issue. I tried franticly to get out of it but nothing worked. So, I decided to port back, to find that the game wouldn’t load. I logged out, to find that the event had finished. I am absolutely gutted about this…
