Either this is a bug or a stealth nerf.

It has been reported on another thread by more than one person that on alternate accounts the main chest from defeating the Karka Queen more than within a twenty-four hour period is not appearing. This means that the Karka Queen main chest (not the two guaranteed rares) has been moved to once per day per account status instead of once per day per toon status.

Actually before this patch, the karka physical chest was unlimited*

• although numerous times I did the Karka 5 times straight on the same character, and I did not get a physical chest for the next 3 times (even though I got credit and got loot from the queen’s corpse)

From my experience if I did the Karka Queen on my Ranger twice, then I only got the main a.k.a. physical chest once per day. That is why I bring a different toon each time to get the chest each time. It has been no different than any other world boss main chest up until last patch.

You just reworded what I said. It means exactly the samething.

No, it doesn’t. What you said is that before the bug/stealth-nerf/whatever, you would get the chest once per day per character. That means if you go there with the same character twice, you will not get it. What I said is, that you will get it multiple times even if you kill her with the same character again. And that’s indeed how it was. So what you’ve said would actually be a nerfed version already of what I have said. ^^

I guess I remember it differently. I only got the karka queen chest once per day per toon. Now I can only get it once per day per account. I never could get it more than once per day per toon.
