I picked up the Communal Boost Bonfire in LA and the Karma Banner for respectively 50% and 5% karma boost but they did not provide any boost.

Here is the screenshot with both boosts before using any Jugs of Liquid Karma:

42x Jug of Liquid Karma (4500 each)
9x Drop of Liquid Karma (400 each)

Bonus Karma boost: 55%

Expected karma gain: 298 530
Actual karma gain: 192 600

Total Pre-test: 909 011
Total Post-test: 1 101 611
Total Expected: 1 207 541

I have already informed player support and await an official answer from Arena Net.

You will also find a workaround there. The problem seems to have been introduced with the patch on may 28th. Until now there hasn’t been any acknowledgment by ANet.
