After having lots of people vanish from me while I killing them in WvW I managed to whisper one of them and ask how they keep instantly breaking combat with me and not give me loot and exp. When someone leaves WvW while in combat via character select of closing the game they die and drop for the people they are in combat with and when they log back in they find their character dead where they last where in pve.

THIS IS NOT THE CASE WHEN YOU PRESS LEAVE THE MISTS from the score screen. It simply takes your character out of wvw and you dont die. This is completely against how leaving the mist wars is supposed to work and leads to me believe people are hacking and teleporting away when they are simply abusing something that isnt working proper.

That wasn’t supposed to allow you to leave that way while in combat -_- I had thought it used to block you from leaving. That definitely explains what has been happening, why so many keep logging. Knew they were, but had started wondering why I wasn’t getting bags.

If you are downed, you still log in dead, but no armor damage, just checked.

Hey Anet, how about another Major bug fix patch; it’s been 10 days since we got any kind of substantial bug patch. Anything coming soon? (We still got several hundred bugs floating around from the June 23rd update.)

At launch yeah, but not much anymore, cause people who alt-f4 still gives WXP and loot.

The alt-f4 people used it as a salty way to deny WXP and items. When ANet patched to stop that, and they stopped using alt-f4.

Now they have a new method. ANet, please patch this the same way!

Yes that still hasn’t been fixed, hoping it is with HoT, although they do die when they leave again, they still don’t give the loot.
