Okay so this has happened twice to me already.
First time I didn’t know why it happened, now I have found out why it happens.

First things first, if you put a level 80 boost item in your bank (for safe keeping or switching builds or w.e)
In my case I put my accessories and a helm in my bank because I was switching builds.
Then you level another character to 80, those items for your other character go missing from your bank.
This just happened to me a moment ago, and I have just figured out why.
Is this a common bug? Couldn’t find any other threads about this so I decided to post my own.
Pretty much the first time this happened they just replaced my missing items, but if this keeps happening then what is the point? I don’t want to have to carry the items in my inventory around.

I already emailed a GM for assistance, but just thought I’d post here as well and see if anyone else has been experiencing this too.

It’s a known bug that, I thought, had been addressed, but evidently not. The last Dev statement I can remember was they had acknowledged it and to suggest one not put the items in the bank.

I don’t think it has anything to do with leveling other characters. Still, no other characters can use the L80 Boost armor; only the L80 Boost character.

The CS Team will probably replace the items, yet again.

Oh okay, well it’s good they know about it. Hopefully it gets fixed soon though, it’s a shame because it takes up space in the inventory that’s why I put it in the bank in the first place.
I thought it was from levelling another character, because both times it’s why it happened and it only happens when I level another character to 80. The items were in my bank for couple days and they were fine then I levelled a character to 80 and they disappeared, so I really do think it has to do with levelling other characters and it conflicts with the boost items some how.
