Guild Wars 2

I’m having problem wit all my toons that before patch were in LA map.
If I try to log with them game crash and a message that say a serious error encorred appear to me I send that message to Arenanet but still having problem with 4 toons.
Someone Know why? No answer by Arenanet until now.
Shall someone help me?

You can try this as a possible solution to your issue:

Add the command line argument -prefreset
