Living world season 2 achievement
You have to play through the chapter on a character before you can attempt the achievements on that same character. So, if you haven’t already played through the story on that character, you won’t be able to do the achievements until you play through it.
Are you using the same character that did the episode previously? One can not, usually, get achievement credit with an alternate character.

Yeah, you’d have to either do it on a character that has already completed the chapter or do the chapter on your currently-played character (and then repeat it for achievements). There are a few that will trigger without doing a first play-through, but those are anomalies.
