Guild Wars 2

Today I’ve lost two Black Lion Chests when I’ve attempted to open them. I had the key in the overflow window when I opened them because my bags were full and as soon as a double clicked the chest they vanished, used the key and I didn’t get any items. I may be missing something and it’s been sent somewhere but there’s nothing obvious.

Please help.
