A lot of times, after I get feared…I can’t move anymore. I’ve seen other players, when I’m a ghost and I fear then, after the fear duration goes away, I see them standing still and saying ‘’why can’t I move’’ or ‘’wtf my keyboard broke?’’

It’s likely something the #3 skill does when it stacks. I see the text on screen showing fright and panic. One of them is likely an immobilize that is not shown on the tool tip. It is strange that there is no status icon for it though.
