tooltip on 6 effect:
Using elite skill convert up to 5 conditions into boons.

Well after nerf I guess it has less use but actually:

Using elite converting up to 5 conditions into 9 sec of regen. And thats all.

Also, on healing skill it grants only 3 sec of protection and 5 of retaliation instead of 10 secs in tooltip (while in PvE part it is 10 for both)
