I’ve finished the jump puzzle twice just to confirm, but when i jump into the clock tower from the stairs at the end, i get the achievement, however instead of going to the treasure room to claim my loot, i get ported back to the starting zone.

Just did the same thing for me… after a zillion hours trying to finish it!

Took me two hours for the first completion, after that the next run i got to it again, but extremely disappointing that i didn’t get to the loot room like my friends did :< missing out on an exotic and 3 rares.

I haven’t been so lucky to get it again… lol still trying though :/

I’ve had it randomly port me while jumping around or waiting in the “wait” zone.

The tower keeps porting me back to the start when i try jumping into the broken clock face. I did it a few hrs ago and now i can’t get in. Everyone else in the overflow was having the same problem. Some of them were there for hrs trying and couldn’t get in when they finally did it.

After hours of failed attempts, I’ve tried to jump into the clocktower at least 5 times now and I just get teleported back too. No chest, no achievement, no recognition for the pain…

I had the same issue as above, but I resolved it by jumping into the wall panel JUST BEFORE the clock face swings around and gets struck by lightning. Bam. Loot room.

Cant enter clock!!!! please fix this!

I encountered the same issue. Another player I met also told me about it.

I switched characters to do the jumping puzzle on another character. When I jumped into the broken clock face, it didn’t work, and I was zoned back to the waiting room. I encountered this problem 2-3 times before exiting the waiting room and re-entering. After re-entering, the problem was gone, and I was able to get into the clock tower to collect the loot.

Attached is a picture of me jumping into the clock face and getting zoned to the waiting room afterwards. I’m pretty sure my timing was okay.
