Guild Wars 2

Went to send an item I crafted to someone, filled out the right information. Went to put the item in it replaced the players name with someone else and I hit “Send”. What can I do to get the item back?

I confirm that the mail is bugged.
Too much confusion whether the mail is being send by character name or player name or both ?!? In the end its a lottery who will receive the mail.

Auto suggest feature is bugged as-well. It keep replacing recipient name with names from my blacklist.

Anyway I will refrain from using the mail at all until this will get sorted out and fixed.

Well once it auto-completed randomly from someone speaking in team chat lol…

it sometimes puts the name of the person standing infront of you, which really pisses me off, uptill now i am not happy with the mail system
or maybe i dont know how to use it correctly as i cant find a C.O.D. function since there is no trade. but i can advise standing infront of a wall if your sending something important or expinsive

Yes I had this problem too but at least I kinda saw who it was sent to and was able to ask the items back (which i got) so that was good.

I received an item in the mail from someone I do not know. Good to know this is a bug, wasn’t sure what was going on. Hopefully I can find him to send the item back.
