Your account/character must have reached Level 15 before Map Completion information is unlocked.
You can also set your Map Finder to help with Map Completion in Options.

Hello,
I have recently redownloaded and started playing the game again. However, I am noticing that I am unable to see my current completion on the map. When I searched online, it said that I should be able to either hover my mouse over the region name when zoomed out, or it should appear on the loading screen. I am finding neither of these to be the case. Is there anything you have to do to unlock this view or a setting that you have to enable? It is very hard to know what to search for to find what I have missed on a map.
