Mini Bloody Prince Thorn - Price discrepancy

Hello. Festival Merchant and the Halloween Vendor charge different amounts for the same item. Festival Vendor charges 6 Candy Corn Cobs for the mini, Halloween Vendor charges 10 Candy Corn Cobs. I can only attach one screenshot, so the Festival Vendor it is!
