Since Miniatures were added to the Wardrobe, there place in the bank was moved. Try looking in Material Storage at the very bottom. You will likely find your Miniatures there.
Be aware, once added to the Wardrobe (and becoming Account-wide), the Miniature can no longer be sold (if it could previously be sold).
