Modniir's ruin not dropping

Hope they fix it soon.
Modniir’s ruin is part of the Twilight 1 collection and the tooltip says that it should drop from Modniir Ulgoth’s chest. However, when I completed that event Overlord’s Defeat, which should come from the Harathi Overlord in Kessex Hills, dropped instead. I have killed the Overlord a few times thinking that these 2 got switched but Modniir’s Ruin hasn’t dropped from there either.
