Guild Wars 2 Forum - Bugs: Game, Forum, Website

My screen turn white on a windows

I bought guild wars 2 on 11/01/14 and i downloaded the game, next make a character but when i login the screens is black and then goes white please help me!! i really wanted to play with my friends.
