East of dwayna waypoint is a new point of interest, but u cant seem to get it… is this bug or puzzle?

I was wondering the same thing myself. If you walk up, you can see inside the gate that is there. There is a fog, and table and chair that I can see.

I didn’t see this post but yeah, we are wondering the same thing here on Dragonbrand.
