I spent the afternoon doing the Lunatic Inquisition. I completed the 8 rounds requred for the Blood and Madness achievement. The achievement summary indicates that I recently completed the Lunatic Inquisition Regular, but I did not get credit for the Blood and Madness achievement in the Blood and Madness achievement counter.

I’m guessing this is a bug. Please confirm or let me know if I neglected a step for getting the credit.

I have experienced the same issue so did my wife. This has to be a bug. Filed a bug report for this – please do the same. The more of us that report this the sooner they will fix it.

I’ve played at least 8 rounds, and only have credit for three.

I’ve played several rounds and have received credit for none of them.

You have to die and kill someone as ghost to get point into regular achivement .

So if you win as a villager, you get no credit?

That would explain why I’m stuck at 0/8.
