Guild Wars 2

Every evening when i log onto GW2 when i look at my friends roster or my guild roster it only shows me as online and in my guild roster it only shows my name saying 1/1 guild members – that i am the only guild member. During the day it is fine but aftyer 5ish it goes like that. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. It never used to do this before- just the past month it has been doing this. I am a bit of a noob so please keep answer as simple as possible. Thank you.

This is something you would report in the Game Bugs or Tech Support forum. You may get an answer there, as this sub-forum is more for Account issues. Have you submitted a bug report, and have you contacted Tech Customer Support? You can submit a ticket with support at the top of the page, and ‘Ask a Question’. Good luck. =)
