i was at WvWvW and this guy was trash talking and verbal abusing everybody all together with his name just adding a picture of his name.
i tried to right-click name to report him but option was unavailable

and now he is spamming my private chat

There is a bug that sometimes cause that you can not display the menu after right clicking on a name in the chat. Right clicking does nothing just as if you did not click.
Edit: I don’t find the name to be inappropriate or offensive and the picture shows that it is You who is provoking him.
