Not receiving player or gem store mail
Im having the same issue i even submitted a ticket and got a crappy response
Same issue, but this problem extends to all mails for me.
Quests(hearts) ping mail income, but i see none.Frieds mailed me items and i never got those. And on top of that my bug reporter doesn’t work, the “submit” button is grayed out even if I fill each text field + screenshot.

Not solved for me and one of my friends : Eurynokh.1608
Yesterday I sent him fairly low value gloves that never arrived, today it was a rare piece of armor that was lost in the same way, really killing the fun of sharing loots…
Mail the other way works well, he can send me anything, it works.
We’re having the same type of problem with one of our guild officers. She apparently cannot recieve mail from any of us other guild members. This is a problem, since we can’t share materials and other things.
When mailing, we get the message ‘mail sent successfully’, but nothing arrives. This happens to all mails except NPC mail – with or without attachments. She can send mail to us, but not the other way around.

We have that problem, too, mail is not full, its empty, once ina while, theres a mail i don’t receive.
Having a similar issue, not receiving mail from the gem store. Purchased 10 mystic forge stones and 2 dye packs…
;_; I want mah stones.
I’m have the same issue. If anyone has been able to solve it please let me know. Also it would be swell if just a acknowledgement from the the man that it is being work on, would also be as swell.
I am having the same problem if someone figures out what is going on pls let me know
This still hasn’t been fixed and I haven’t seen anyone from Anet acknowledge, can we get word on it’s progress? I’ve made 700 gems worth of gem store purchases that have never arrived, with more from friends on top of that.
Hey, we solved the problem we had sending mail to our guildie. Her mailbox was full.
She wasn’t notified that the mailbox was full however, so she just assumed that it wasn’t. Once she started deleting mail however, queued mail started to pour in.
There is a limit of 10 mail items in your inbox. Once your mailbox has reached this limit, you will not receive any mail that has been sent. If you have reached the mailbox limit and you have mail “backed-up”, delete the mail and you will receive the mail you’ve been waiting for.
Krarr, delete everything from your inbox. (I mean everything). I had this issue with a friend of mine who was unable to receive mail from me (and only me). His inbox said 9/10 and of those 9 messages a couple were from me. We were doing this so we could have a nice and easy spot to hit “reply” as we are frequently exchanging stuff.
One night we were extremely frustrated that we couldn’t swap materials and he started cleaning out his inbox. As soon as he did, all my mail for the past week and a half started pouring in. Apparently, one of my old messages had “held up” all the rest of my mail.
