Guild Wars 2

I never have performance related lag… I usually only get a spike or two here and there depending on how many people are in my immediate map area.

Today was different. I was getting odd lag spikes everywhere. First, my minimap never rezzed, so I waypointed somewhere else. It took forever, and then my minimap still didn’t rez properly for a long time.

Then I opened the BLT window, and it took forever to change screens.

Then I went to QD to do SB and my skills lagged so bad that I was honestly surprised that I got anything from the encounter, as I was afraid that none of them hit.

So I went over to FGS to do some train farm and I couldn’t even participate because the lag was so bad. When Jormag popped, I had to leave the zone because I just couldn’t keep up.

Not sure if this is a server wide thing or just something with my system, but having had no lag whatsoever in the past, it was kind of disconcerting.

Duplicate it a few times/days before worrying about it too much. Hope it doesn’t manifest again!
