I was map-completing Gendarran Fields, and after talking to a “Demoralized Seraph” in Ascalon Settlement (Support the troops Heart) I was crippled.
The time-stamp said Time left: 1d, 23h, 55m
This also happened to me two days ago when map-completing Snowden Drifts. The only way to get rid of it was to log out.
:edit: I completed the heart and went back to the NPC. Was crippled again, so problem seems to be with NPCs, not the task itself.
